I’m Marieke van der Westen, founder of Theatre of Talent, and in the Written Portrait I dive into your story with you. For 90 minutes, you talk about YOU. Your story, your business, your offerings and your dreams. I listen, feel, ask and mirror. And then I put words to the essence of your work. Because sometimes you simply need someone else to see what you can’t fully see yourself.

We plan a 90-minute session where you get to share everything: your story, your experiences, your talents, your vision, your offerings, your dreams.
I listen closely, tune in, and ask the right questions to get to the core. After that, I start writing. I use my talent to analyze a lot of information, sensing what makes you unique, and finding the red thread in your story.

I use LinkedIn instead of Instagram. Can I get a different visual add-on?
Yes! The visual add-on is flexible. If you prefer LinkedIn banners, branded graphics, or another format, we can adjust it to what fits your business.
How quickly will I receive my Written Portrait?

Can I make edits or request changes?

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Marieke van der Westen
Hi, I’m Marieke, the creative heart behind Theatre of Talent. I’ve always been passionate about creativity, connection and expression. From performing theatre as a kid to building communities of more than a thousand women, one thread has always run through everything I do: helping people live a life that feels right for them instead of others.
For years, I worked in jobs that looked great on paper — consulting, project management, leadership development — but deep down, something felt off. I was performing roles that didn’t quite fit. There was this quiet voice inside whispering: there must be more for me.
That voice turned out to be right. Theatre of Talent was born from that feeling. A place where expression matters more than perfection. Where you remember that we’re allowed to take up space and show all of you. Where you build a life an career that fits all of you.
Over the past year, I’ve guided dozens of women to reconnect with their own voice and creativity — through coaching and self-expression. People often describe me as warm, intuitive and supportive, someone who makes you feel safe to be fully yourself. And maybe that’s what this work is really about: creating spaces where we don’t have to become something, but where we can finally feel at home in who we already are.
